œGas Supply Device

We are now performing design, development and manufacturing of various control equipment for gas, pressure, temperature and vacuum in semi-conductor process control equipment and Vacuum Equipment in order to meet customer's requirement.

Gas Box

This is a unit to supply various gas to Semi-Conductor Process Control Equipment and Vacuum Equipment. 

In order to meet customer's requirement, we can select most suitable parts (mass flow, valve, connector etc), and design and manufacture this Gas Box with clean piping suitable for the purpose such as BA, EP and WEP.

Mass Flow Controller

This is a unit to control Gas Box and then quantity of flow.

APC Controller

This is a unit to control supply of gas to vacuum chamber with feedback from vacuum gage in order to set pre-select pressure (degree of vacuum   ) of this chamber.

FPC Controller

This ia a unit which has function of both of Mass Flow Controller and APC Controller.

Hot Water Circulator 

This is a unit to circular hot water of constant temperature around  equipment in order to protect condensation. We can select best suitable parts such as circular pomp and tank based upon specification and size of equipment of customer.

Optical Defect Inspection System for Glass Mask of LCD

This is a all logic control system with a personal computer, which has high precious transportation system and optical system in order to meet the requirement of inspection for a few micron defect.

  • High resolution optical system responded to inspection for a few micron.

 Optical Defect Inspection System for Color Filter of LCD

This is a system to inspect small defects (about 20im) in each process of manufacturing of LCD color filter, which has a data base mechanism to detect fatal error in each process.

  • Transportation mechanism for a large substrate (1000mm x 1200mm)

  • Ultra precious Transportation mechanism with very low vibration not to ifluence optical inspection system.

Bio-Technology Related Equipment

œAutomatic Seeds Planting System for Genome Analysis (S-Feeder )

This is the Picking Machine to perform picking and planting of seeds of Alabidopsis thaliana , which is normally used to Genome Analysis.  Adoption of original picking method only for plant seeds can perform planting to culture medium without any damage.

œAutomatic Picking Machine for Micro Object (Colony Picker)

This Picking Machine  can perform picking and planting of many kinds of micro objects from such microorganism as colibacillius, actinomycetes and yeast to such micro seeds as Alabidopsis thaliana and Tobacco for research on Genome analysis.

Adoption of Slide Mechanism

Adoption of our original Slide Mechanism in Picker Part can minimize damage for target objects and culture medium.

 Easy Operation

Pushing of a button switch can start the operation of machine. You can monitor process of operation through the image of camera, which is displayed at real time, and a log window.

Small desk top size

Integrated function makes this machine so small desk top size that you can put it anywhere in the laboratory. This feature contributes less-space at room. It is possible to put this machine in the clean bench.
