This is an automatic machine to pick up wet seeds from micro tube, which are Alabidopsis thaliana and Tobacco for research on Genome analysis, and then plan them on a culture media. You can freely set number of seed and their position for planting.

Seeds after sterilization process in micro tube can e directly picked and planed on culture media by this machine. Also, several micro tubes can be set at same time, so that screening for small quantity and many kinds or planting for large number of a seed are available

Outside of S-Feeder Wet

Picking

Wet seeds which are precipitated in micro tube are automatically picked up. Seeds with liquid in tube are sucked by negative pressure. Maximum number of micro tube with seeds are 17 for set up.

Planting

Seeds after picking are automatically planted on a culture media. Liquid discharged with seeds at same time is max. 5 micro litter. The minimum interval of planting is 5mm. Maximum number of planting is based on size of petri dish for culture media.
