Automatic Picking and Planting Machine for micro seeds(S-Feeder) was used for research of Center for Gene Research in   Nagoya University. 

Kiyoshi Onai, Kazuhisa Okamoto, Harumi Nishimoto, Chisato Morioka, Minako Hirano, Nobunori Kami-ike, Masahiro Ishiura of Nagoya University,   Center for Gene Research

are researching 

"Large-scale screening of Arabidopsis circadian clock mutants by a high-throughput real-time bioluminescence monitoring system".

They used S-Feeder for Measurement of circadian  bioluminescence rhythms.

They assayed the circadian bioluminescence rhythms from seedlings as follows. Surface-sterilized seeds were incubated at 4°C in DD for 2 days, sown on MS-1.5/0.3, and germinated in LL. They used S-Feeder  that enabled them to sow seeds on medium at 5 sec per seed.

Especially, new C-Picker has became to be able to treat various microorganism as colibacillius, actinomycetes,  yeast and GFP colony. based on experience of contract with various institutes and laboratories. . 

Also, regarding Spot counter for DNA Chip "SCMv201, which measures figure and position of spot on DNA chip, we will display its operation on the video movie.
